Pros
Positive outlook. New exec. leadership team is smart, grateful for the opportunity, down to earth, and lacks complacency. New engine and emissions strategy has been well-received by the market. This 140 year old company will surprise you.
Cons
Lost some very talented people. Many reviews point to long hours to execute the engine turnaround programs. This was true, however it was necessary to course correct and move the company toward profitability.
