Pros
Lots of upside as the company and leadership tries to right the wrongs of the previous regime. Autonomy and empowered decision-making are starting to get some serious attention, which is a pleasant change. If it can right the ship, it could have a very promising future.
Cons
Lots of headwinds remain as Navistar tries to claw back market share and get itself back on the right track after its pursuit of an alternative emissions technology. If it's to be successful in its turnaround, it will surely look and feel like a much smaller, much different company.
