big company, and good for junior level people to start and grow. certain areas are more stable than others. If you play politics well, you can get somewhere in this company. good benefits.

politics sucks as a career advancement technique for the individual's career and as an employee of others. compensation is terribly unbalanced. draconian policies and work environment. walking the talk is rare.
