Pros
The pay and benefits at this place are the best I have had to date. They pay engineers overtime, which i have never heard of before or since.
Cons
It is not engineering you will do there, it is system maintenance. Your sole purpose as an engineer at this plant will be to maintain the huge and archaic truck ordering / manufacturing system. Think C++
