They care about employee feedback. There is opportunity to move around if you express interest. Newer management is transparent with initiatives and is making a lot of good structure changes.
Cons
Systems used across the company are outdated and do not talk to each other leaving painful working arounds for their employees. Senior leadership could be more diverse.
