Pros
Great people, reasonably solid mid to VP level management who generally care about their people; nice job of thanking and recognizing employees and insuring they know they are appreciated; still have some nice benefits that other companies don't offer;
Cons
Company is still fighting its past and poor decisions by previous management to pursue an engine emissions strategy that did not work; Company operates in the very challenging North American Truck industry and will have a harder and harder time competing based on their manufacturing scale until they regain market share and can produce / sell more trucks.
