A little too much “culture building” time/requirement, not related to working, just let us work Some department silo them selves and don’t work collectively Getting closer to not having any WFH days, down from 3 to 1 a week over the last year. Many were hired with the “word” that we were never going back to the old ways. But the Senior Leadership need their minions at arms reach and it just runs down hill.
