      Good compensation and benefits. Enjoyed working at local plants. Very solid, financially strong company.

      Cons

      Lack of advancement opportunities. Heavy handed from Memphis. Length of time to get capital projects approved. Many layers to report same information to.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
