      Pros

      Job security was very high and the work group was very focused on the tasks at hand.

      Cons

      60+ hours required with the short staffed personnel. Also, the planning cycle was virtually non-existent as scheduling plans never exceeded 24 hours according to company policy.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
