      Plenty of manditory and voluntary overtime, so you can bring home a decent pay check.

      Cons

      No guaranteed time off. They can and will make you work 12hrs a day, 7 days a week. No guarantee of having holidays off

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
