      excellent pay... at the mill in eastover sc the top out pay for production operators is $36.15 and the hours is fine and start pay is 14.60

      Cons

      the cons are that living in sc they have the at will law that a employer can fire you at will , as long as it isnt for race sex or religion

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
