      They had tuition reimbursement for those that want to work full time while continuing either your college or graduates degree.

      Cons

      Lacked training and management was not very strong at promoting key players.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
