      Good schedule. Freedom to make changes that leadership teams felt would benefit the department. Flexible in training employees where they were best utilized.

      Cons

      Shift work for many years. Didn't like the rotating.

      Pros

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
