      Everything is geared towards getting people out the door while at the same time management complaint that they can't get enough help! Total joke of a company!!

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
