      Pros

      Excellent starting pay. Lots of overtime. Good benefits package from Teamster Union. All Federal Holidays off with pay. Friendly people

      Cons

      Union shop so vacations and upward mobility is by seniority. Floating holidays blacked out May through September. Very hot working environment in summer. Draconian attendance policy has been relieved somewhat by mandatory payed sick leave law

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
