      Pros

      Great benefits and pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Have no outside life. Lots of hours. Stuck in same position forever. Human Resources is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are there for the company, not the employees.

      Pros

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
