      Awesome culture, nice people, always things to do for young and new employees, CORE rotational program provides 3 rotations to gain experience in different fields

      Cons

      Average pay, could be better; a little boring after a while in the same office building everyday, little to no opportunity to travel

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
