      Pros

      Good stable foundation to start a career.

      Cons

      Seniority based mill. No matter how hard/sorry of a worker you are, you don't advance until it's your turn in progression. Being said that, it goes to show that you are nothing but a number!!

      Pros

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
