      Pros

      Good Pay, Benefits are good, most jobs are easy work, Good Training opportunities ,overtime almost always available, Lots of Paid holidays

      Cons

      Some jobs are boring ,moat all jobs are shift work leaving no social life, we have to work most holidays. It is very hot in summer months and very cold in winter months.
