      Pros

      The pros are that they pay well and is a very serious company that is very successful and take very good saftey percautions.

      Cons

      Too far from home and if someone doesn't show up to work on time you have to stay there to cover their shift.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
