Pros
Extremely clean work environment and fair wage along with excellent health care availability and retirement savings opportunities. An extremely green friendly company that donates millions of dollars to charities around the world.
Cons
Extremely warm during the summer months and a poor attendance program that is abused by some of the employees. Hard to plan weekends because of customer short notice ordering- but kind of hard to get around.
