      Interesting global business with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      You are expected to escalate simple decisions. Not very fun if you want to be creative in your role. Mid- to senior-level management is not very impressive from a talent perspective.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
