      Great company values, promote from within, develop tallent and are very safety, environmentally and people conscious

      Cons

      Extremely HR risk averse... difficult to get rid of troublsome employees. Size of the compnay can make some easy decisions cumbersome.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
