Pros
pays well for a factory, co workers are great . insurance is so so. close to home for me . i myself enjoy working in a printing enviroment.
Cons
managment team is very contridictive and confusing . they say safety above all else but hurry up. that makes no sense to me. they never follow their own rules and they change rules to suit their own agenda.
