Not worth the money - Assistant Machine Operator International Paper Employee Review

High stress environment, one or 2 good managers but most play the favoritism game. Overtime is ridiculous, when people on other shifts call in, you can be forced to work overtime on their position, last minute notification. Countless times I was notified 5 mins before my shift ended, that i was forced to stay over another 4 hrs because someone else called in. If you say you cant stay, you get pointed for it. Why should i take responsibility for other employees call ins? It's not my company to run. You guys figure it out. Absolutely no work life balance, you practically live there, especially if you're maintenance.
