Very little work-life balance - Geberal Labor International Paper Employee Review

Tons of hours that change from day to day, questionable decisions by management, horrendous machines that have not been properly maintained at all which leads to low production and then more hours as a result. I would only recommend this place if you're young and single with not much of a social life that way you can just focus on work cause this job will require a lot of your time
