      The pay is ok, the company provides a lot of food for employees on random occasions.

      Cons

      The benefits are that great and they have multiple shuts down per year at random so save your vacation time cuz you’ll need it to make ends meet!

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
