One of the worst - Manager International Paper Employee Review

One of the worst to work for. Terrible company culture. It is union but the union is not the problem it's the management team that's the problem. Management has a production first mentality eliminating anything else such as saftey, employee engagement, etc from their agenda. The management team is full of people who do not have a clue how to do their jobs. The GM would never walk the warehouse floor and acted more like a prison warden. Site Managers, CIM, Supervisors are not good at uplifting their people. Very toxic cutlure and they love to keep it that way and blame the union for that when the FLL's are the problem!
