      Company values are great values to have if everyone follows them.

      Cons

      Maintenance supervisor and assistant supervisor are racist. They try to intimidate their employees with hopes of being able to get them to do what they want.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
