      Seems like there was no checks and balances as far as management goes and going more in depth with management it didn't align correctly, the companies morals as stated on the website

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
