Pros

Working at IRMI has been a great experience. The company culture fosters genuine connections and support among colleagues. IRMI emphasizes work-life balance. Leadership cares about their employees' well-being and understands the importance of maintaining a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life. I'm grateful to be part of such a close-knit team where I feel valued, supported, and like I'm truly making a difference every day.

Cons

Sometimes at smaller companies we need to wear multiple hats and take on a wide range of responsibilities. While this does happen at IRMI from time to time, generally, IRMI is conscious about respecting boundaries.

Pros

IRMI has a genuinely collaborative culture where people care about the mission and each other. Leadership encourages cross-department collaboration and continuous improvement, and there’s meaningful work tied directly to the success of conferences and educational products. The organization is relatively small, so you can see the impact of your contributions quickly and have access to leadership.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, there can be periods of change and shifting priorities, especially with evolving leadership and strategic initiatives. Communication during transitions can sometimes be improved to ensure alignment across teams.

Pros

Voted one of the best small businesses to work for in DFW multiple years. Hybrid environment with only 2 days a week in office. Really good work/life balance.

Cons

While upward movement might be limited, the ability to grow your skills within your role is not.
