- Flexible work schedule - Global programs - Centrally located in downtown Washington, DC - Has been around since the 1980s

Cons

- Implements US Government funded training programs for journalists; could be more innovative in its program design. - Another major area where it lacks progressive forward thinking is lack of diversity in its leadership. - Headquarters offices have a white western dominant culture with minimal opportunities for career progression for people of color. - Frequent gaslighting by upper management who do not take ownership of the problems they create or the problems they do not address
