Pros
Very laid back work environment with a management team that is incredibly effective at ensuring that you are able to meet personal needs. Positive and upbeat staff, and training is very thorough and detailed.
Cons
Pay/Commission. Benefits could also be improved for employees who do not reside in Texas where the home office is located. Very little room for growth.
