Pros
The only pro is that it's a steady pay check. There is really not any pros unless you like being under paid. There is only one employee that knows his stuff and actually cares about what he does.
Cons
Everything that comes out of the new owners mouth is a con. He claims he's a Christian but he lies to everyone including customers.
