Great culture. Wonderful people. Caring leadership that shares important information with team members. Challenging work with collaboration. Opportunity to wear multiple hats in some divisions.
Cons
Flat-ish organization so opportunities for advancement may mean moving to a different division. Need to make your career ambitions and interests known and then come up with an action plan yourself. Budget constraints may not leave room for professional organizations and new skill development.
