Pros
A pretty good overall package as far as benefits to an okay amount of pay. There is definitely worse out there that is for sure. If your a Christian its your kind of a company.
Cons
not much opportunity to grow into. A Route Sales Manager(RSM), or maybe some other management position which is two or three. you are committed from 7am to 7pm, never knowing when your going to get off in the evenings. Varies depending on the RSM's.
