      Pros

      Salary okay but bonuses and commissions were a joke. Flex time if you were a favorite or kissed butt. Lots of favoritism.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. They could not manage their way out of a paper bag. They are trying to force an out dated call center model onto their franchisees. Throw in the towel. It is over.
