Pros
Huge variety of learning opportunities. If you have initiative and are curious, you'll gain a lot here. Advancement happens regularly from within. I saw many people get promoted over the course of a few years. People are friendly, great to work with. Stay friends with the people on the ground level. They're the hard workers carrying the load. They matter the most.
Cons
Culture is very fast-paced, stressful at times. This can be nice for some, but is generally not a good long-term posture. Management directives are often focused on short-term, small victories but miss out on long-term gains. It feels like 80/20 where they fix or develop something most of the way then move on to the next shiny thing. Benefits are nothing amazing, especially if you need family healthcare.
