Pros
I love Interstate's collaborative and warm environment, where my skill set is celebrated and growth is supported, especially as I transitioned from another industry. What a great feeling to thrive alongside a wonderful boss and company who cares about their entire team!
Cons
It's sad I am not able to see so many of my colleagues due to the COVID pandemic, but happy our department leaders find new ways to keep us all connected virtually in a fun and productive way!
