Pros

Decent benefits and generous PTO. You start off with 20 days of PTO per year, however, there is no sick leave. You must use PTO for sick days. This increases to 25 days after five years of service. If this is important to you, this company is recommended. Hard work is rewarded through promotion.

Cons

Horrible pay. There is only a 1-2% "raise" per year for inflation adjustment. Company usually locates right outside of city limits to justify a lower salary for employees. Company culture is not good - a lot of gossiping and slander to get ahead. There is a lot of pressure to sell projects.
