      Pros

      The nuts and bolts of this entity make it shine - the engineers, techs, sales, administration, and project management are generally great to work with. Allotted vacation time is good, although difficult to comfortably take.

      Cons

      Leadership does not listen to the people and turns a blind eye to obvious neglect and retention issues. Salary is low and often unfair. There is no home/work-life balance. The safety and well-being of the staff fall second to revenue.
