      Pros

      Stability and benefits aren't to bad. You're guaranteed 40 hours of work.

      Cons

      Management can't do their jobs because HR is a joke. Guys continuously lack leadership, they don't show up or stay for their correct shift. Getting a raise is like pulling teeth. They want us to maintain our own equipment but will not give us the money or time to work on it which leads to units breaking down in crucial moments.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
