      Excellent benefits package. 20 days of PTO to start per year prorated for the first year depends on start date. 10 paid holidays per year. Easy to call in without consequence if you don't abuse it and you get your work done.

      Cons

      Corporate culture of a publicly trade company. It's all about the money and many tiers of management.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
