      Pros

      Team and Coworkers are wonderful.

      Cons

      Poor wages, no bonuses, and poor yearly increase. Most promotions are lateral moves or underpaid. More focus on shareholders than employees. Consistently pushing employees to be 10X without proper support or compensation for additional duties.

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
