      Pros

      -Very flexible on scheduling -20 vacation/sick days on hire with 2 floating holidays -Paid holidays

      Cons

      -Never expect to get promoted or move up unless you threaten to leave -Pay under what other jobs of the same title do -Supervisors vouch for those that they like to run things regardless of experience in a department. Placement in positions typically skip over those that are more qualified. -Refusal to hire employees or promote from within to fill vacant positions but instead spread responsibilities around with no increase of salary.

      Pros

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
