      Pros

      Excellent PTO. Really enjoy my local team members. Lots of knowledgeable people and desire to see you succeed.

      Cons

      Laughable raises not at all based on performance. This year, 2022 was 1% across the board. Same in 2021. 2020 had a 0% increase. I figure considering inflation, I make at least 10-15% less now than I did 4 years ago. For 21 the health care switched to Defensive coordinated, so your spouse is kicked off if they have benefits offered at their job. Ever since Andre Lacroix took over things have been downhill. Turnover has shot up as a result of the above . Serious brain drain here.

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
