      Work from home, Good colleagues

      Cons

      Pay is below average, Medical is very poor, No work-life balance, Everyone is too over-worked to invest in training new employees, Lot of sink-or-swim mentality, Difficult targets to hit for bonus, Lot of international clients which means incoming emails at all hours and expectation to respond quickly, Chronically understaffed so spend a lot of time constantly developing new expertise, HR is non-existent

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
