      Benefits are solid, especially for entry level positions. Large variety of positions depending on location Starting 20 PTO days, with increasing number over employment.

      Cons

      PTO also includes sick days HR can be a pain if they don't like you or your history Poor pay raise prospects (in my experience)

      Good hours and schedule, Quiet work environment, Potential for hybrid work opportunities

      Cons

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
