      Pros

      You get basic training for sample prep and experimental procedures. The work is easy if you have lab experience.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. You don't get a raise. The company only cares about profit not employee wellbeing. Occasionally over time work. Colleagues are not responsible and only know how to blame you.
