      Pros

      Its a good opportunity to learn or get in touch with lots of new scope in terms of social/environmental audit. Also multinational company can give you a good insight of international practice of work. Experience in a multinational like this company can give a good image/new scope.

      Cons

      Role as an auditor here is not flexible. You can not get time for your own life; traveling for audit from morning till late night and preparing report will be your daily activities. You will not get a time for your family. 6 days is a routine duty including Friday; sometimes Saturday will be added. 5 days audit in a row is not a good practice, where is the time to do reports?

      Good hours and schedule, Quiet work environment, Potential for hybrid work opportunities

      Cons

      Limited training when starting the role, Unclear expectations and communication from management, Asking questions felt discouraged at times, Lack of feedback before contract ended, Did not feel comfortable seeking clarification, Inconsistent expectations around independence, Workload could be slow with periods of downtime
